From a Kodak Instamatic as a lad and the accompanying shots of my thumb, to having a dark room in my early teens, and now with digital equipment.  I’m grateful for the advent of new technologies that allow me to try things that wouldn’t have been as easy with film.

I see things. Wait, no, I notice things. I notice things and capture them repeatedly. Change the depth of focus. Change the angle. All of this just to see different perspectives and capture it accurately, as I see it. To experience life passing.  My best photos are usually the result of many attempts. Gigabytes of attempts.  I am constantly looking for something out of place or a distinctive point of view to capture and reveal.
